Help/Tig

Mark out an area depending on the number of players.
  1. Nominate one player to be the Tigger.
  2. Two players hold a football in their hands.
  3. The tigger moves around the area trying to tig a player who has no ball.
  4. A player holding a football can help the player being chased, by throwing the ball to them.
  5. Team work to keep the tigger ‘ON’.

                       6.     If the tigger touches a player, then that player becomes the tigger.

Focus on:
  • Team Work
  • Communication
  • Players holding the footballs, follow the tigger.

Variation:

  • Add or take away a football.
