Warm up - 20 Min |

· Two sets of ladders, two groups of 5. · The girls performed different steps through the ladders. When they got to the end I had a parent throwing a ball to them. They caught the ball and rejoined their line. Focus on: Fun Performing the steps as accurately as possible (arms and legs moving together) Variation: You can have the girls passing, volleying at the end of the exercise. No heading. |

1] The girls make a decent size circle. 4 players have a soccer ball. · The girls with the ball dribble inside the circle and pass to a girl who has no ball, then follow their pass. The receiving player then does the same. Focus on: First touch Vision Decision making Communication Pass Variation: The girls dribble inside the circle, perform a turn and then pass. |

2] Same set up as above………..still with 4 balls on the outside. Place 3 players in the middle of the circle without a ball. · The middle player calls for a ball, receives and passes to another player who has no ball. · They cannot pass back to the player they received from. · Once they have made their pass, they call for another ball, from another player. Focus On: Decision Making - Before receiving the ball First touch Pass
Variation Play 2 v 1 in the middle. The ball is passed to one player, who passes to their team mate, who then passes to the outside.
