It is not as much a contact sport as it used to be. Also the pace of the game has become a lot quicker. |

| Play football the right way. |
| It is quite important. Players need to be cajoled. Players need to have confidence. |

Who is the most talented player you have coached and why? |
| Paul Simpson. Great ability, great attitude and great knowledge of football. |

What is your worry, if any, on football today? |
| MONEY! The distribution of money seems to be unfair, especially for teams in the lower leagues. |
