Q1. Which Major Changes do you feel have taken place in English football over the past 10 years?

1) Bosman Rule

2) Over sea's Players.

3) Back Pass rule.

4) All seater stadiums

Q2. What do you think our young players should work on, to develop in the game today?

Speed, Power, Pace & Touch.

Q3. Do you have a preferred playing system?

No, depends on opposition and players available.

Q4. Have you been influenced in your coaching career?

Yes, Peter Taylor, Steve Perryman & Tony Pulis.

Q5. Has this changed your philosophy on playing the game?

 No not really.

Q6. What is your philosophy on playing the game? 
You must do whatever it takes to win, as a winning side.
Q7. What role does sports psychology play in your preparation?

 Some.

Q8. Who is the most talented player you have coached and why?

 Stan Collymore, bags of natural talent, but he has wasted it.

Q9. Who is the funniest and why?

Muzzy Izzet. Very talented like Stan, but he works hard at his game and always has a laugh at training. 

Q10. What is your worry, if any, on football today?

Money, too many average players are being paid star wages.

Q11. If football vanished, what would you become?

Policeman.

Q12. What is your dream?

 To do the best i can and stay healthy.

Q13. What are your three favourite practices that you use with your players?
Crossing and finishing, 2 touch keep ball and small sided games.
Q14. From the players you have managed/coached, name your best eleven you would like to see as a team?
Jones, Rowett, Elliot, Taggert, Gibbs, Dury, Izzett, Savage, Hessantylur, Furlong, Collymore (at his best)
