Quick feet

Place cones 2 yards apart as shown above.
  1. Players sprint forwards to first cone, backward to second and so on. When players get to the end they sprint to the final cone.
  2. Players move sideways around cones. Side stepping with quick feet.

Technique:

  • Players keep their body straight, moving their feet quickly whilst also ‘pumping’ their arms.

Set up cones as above.
  1. Player sprints to first cone then backwards to their right. Sprint forwards to next cone then backwards to their left and so on.
  2. Players must go round the cones. Sprint at the end.
