Basic sprints |

1. Place two cones 10-12 yards apart. Players sprint
from one cone to the other using different starting positions.

| 2. Players sprint around staggered cones. Players can also sprint to first cone, backwards to next and then sprint to the end. |

|
| 3. Players movement through the staggered cones will help their agility in a game. |
|
|
| 4. Players sprint to the middle cone and move round the cone facing forwards, then sprint to the end. Quick feet around the cone. |
