Basic sprints

1. Place two cones 10-12 yards apart. Players sprint from one cone to the other using different starting positions.
  • Facing the opposite way.
  • Sitting Down.
  • Press up position.
  • Lay down.
  • On Knees.

2. Players sprint around staggered cones. Players can also sprint to first cone, backwards to next and then sprint to the end.

3. Players movement through the staggered cones will help their agility in a game.

4. Players sprint to the middle cone and move round the cone facing forwards, then sprint to the end. Quick feet around the cone.
