Passing (but still thinking)

Two groups of players, 10 yards apart, 1 ball.
  1. Pass to the first player in the opposite group, and then jog to the end of group opposite.
  2. After a pass jog to the end of the group with various steps - Side steps, skipping, heel flicks, knees up, etc.

Variation:

Two players, outfield or Goalkeepers, stand either side of the groups, each with a ball.

  1. After a pass to the opposite group the player moves to his/her left to play a pass to the wide player, then run round to the opposite group.
  2. Wide players can vary the service, on the ground, in the air for volleys and headers.
  3. Change direction, players now move to their right.

All one touch passing.
