Hand Soccer

Field size can vary, depending on the number of players. Two teams play hand soccer, and the aim is to score a goal with a drop volley.
  1. Players can pass the ball with a kick from hands or a throw.
  2. The ball cannot bounce, if it does then play is started with a free kick on the ground.
  3. When volleying, players can only take two steps.
Variation:
  • Players can score with headers or volleys from a throw or kick.

  • Movement off the ball.
  • Communication.
  • Team work.
  • Decision making.
