Pass and move -2

Players are put in four groups. Team A & Team B have one ball and start the exercise. Teams are 10 x 20 yards apart with a cone in the middle and one in the centre as shown.
  1. Players A & B dribble the ball to the cone and pass the ball to the player facing.
  2. Player A & B then jog backwards to the cone and then run round the cone in the centre, and back home.
  3. Opposite group do the same.
Focus on:
  • Passing
  • First touch.
  • Concentration.

Variation:

  • Instead of players running to the centre and back, players jog diagonally to next group.
