| Depending on what you
are doing in your session, depends on what kind of warm up you perform.
But remember, you are dealing with footballers, so try to use a ball as
often as possible. You should also make the warm ups enjoyable, but also
challenging, you should always try to make the players think. You should
also allow the players to warm up themselves, you can use this as a
monitoring exercise, see which players are disciplined. Warming up can
last between 20 - 30 minutes.
