Pass & Move

In a square 20 x 20 place four teams on the outside and place one player in the middle as shown. Using One football play starts with one of the outside players, in this case player A.
  1. Player A passes the ball to player B and follows his/her pass to the middle.
  2. Player B takes a good first touch and passes to any of the other three teams. Once player B has passed to the outside he/she can run to join any team on the outside.
  3. The passing exercise continues with a pass to player A who is now in the middle, and so on.

Variation:

  • Use two players in the middle and 2 footballs.

 Can also be used as a warm up.
