Long Passing

  1. A Pass long to C. A moves to B’s position.
  2. C sets the ball for B, who has moved to support C, and B hits a firm pass to D. B takes C’s place.
  3. D sets C, who passes long to E and so on.

  • Good first touch to set player
  • Play the ball on the move

  • Communication

Variation:

  • One / two touch
  • Change tempo
  • Change types of passes ground / aerial
  • Players move where they like
