Make two boxes 15 x 15 yards.

Two teams of five, one team in each box.

  1. One Player from Team A passes the ball into the area of Team B.
  2. Two players from Team A go in to the area to retrieve the ball.
  3. Players in Team B attempt to keep the ball.
  4. The coach shouts out loud the number of passes made. Once they get to ten another player from Team A joins in, then another at 15 passes.
  5. Once the ball has been won the coach throws a ball into Team A and two players from Team B go in to get the ball.
  6. Players cannot go into the area until a player from the opposite Team has touched the ball.
