Pitch Run

As a group, the players jog round the field. When they have completed a full circuit they run 3/4 pace from cone 1 to cone 2, then jog round the field, back to cone 1. When they reach cone 1 they run 3/4 pace to cone 2 & 3, then jog to cone 1. Then 1, 2, 3 and back to cone 1. Then 1, 2, 3, 4, and then jog a full circuit.

Depending on what you have already done in your sessions, take the players around the same exercise again.
