After a tough stamina test, the players need a rest. If you have a large group of players, station training is a way of keeping the players interested and also helping their techniques and team spirit.

Station - 1 (Head Tennis)

Play 4 v 4. A great exercise to build team spirit.

Station - 2 (Shooting)

Put in your own shooting Exercises that challenge the players.

Station - 3 (Co-ordination)

Players can improve their footwork with these exercises over poles and balls.
  1. Over the poles the players can face forwards and sideways. Thy can also change their footwork:
  • One step in at a time.
  • Two steps in.
  • Step over then step back, then to the next pole and do the same.
