Q1. Which Major Changes do you feel have taken place in English football over the past 10 years?

The pass back rule.

The Basics of football.

Yes, I do. I prefer 4-4-2.

I have had good basic coaching.
Q5. Has this changed your philosophy on playing the game?

 No.

Q6. What is your philosophy on playing the game? 
My philosophy is to do things simple.
Q7. What role does sports psychology play in your preparation?

 A big part in our preparation, its making players positive about themselves.

Q8. Who is the most talented player you have coached and why?

 Goal Keeper, Richard Wright, he is a great learner.

Q9. What is your worry, if any, on football today?

 Not enough young talent coming through.

We work on Passing, shooting and movement.
