Set up cones 15 yards apart, and place the players as
shown. All other players are behind Player one, each with a football,
ready to start. Players 2 - 6 are without a football.
- Player 1 passes to player 2 and follows his/her pass.
- Player 2 takes a first touch and passes to player 3, then
follows pass.
- The next player at player 1 position can start the exercise.
- Passing sequence is 1 - 2, 2 - 3, 3 - 4, 4 - 5, 5 - 6, and
Player 6 can either dribble to start or pass to player at start
who has no football.
- Make sure at the start players are given time to get in
position.
