General Statement |

This manifest is put together to ensure that
professionalism is carried out at the club. We have to have a structure in
place, and everybody connected with the structure has to comply with the
rules stated in this manifest. The manifest will give Players, Parents and Coaches the
acceptable level of standards and requirements within the organization The aim of the club is to provide young players with a
program of education. Providing the best facilities, coaching, matches and
healthcare, within its resources. The football development officer is dedicated to put
together a team of professional, qualified staff that shares the same
goals on excellence, both on and off the field. |

that striving to win is more important than winning itself. 1.
Stand
at the opposite side of the pitch from the coaches and players. 2. Applaud good play from both sides. 3.
Encourage
your team and its players only, let the coaches run the team. 4.
Don’t
argue with any of the officials or opposite supporters. 5.
Enjoy
the game. |
