Bleep Test

This exercise is performed with the help of a audio tape or CD. It is a good test of stamina and you can assess the players fitness. Make a chart and take notes of the levels the players reach. monitor their progress over the weeks of pr-season.
When the players reach the end lines, they must not turn until the bleep goes, so make it clear at the start that players must pace themselves.
Don't do the Bleep test every session, players will become bored.
