3 shots at goal

The first player in the line dribbles a few yards and shoots at goal.
The player then receives a pass from the feeder on the left. He / she shoots at goal.
After the second shot is taken, the player sprints to head on goal a ball thrown to him from the right post feeder. After all three shots have been taken, the next player in the line begins.

Variations:

  • Feeders use different types of serves for the shots at goal, in the air for volleys, bouncing ball.
