Technique & Move

Set up a 10 x 10 grid with four 2 yard gates at each corner. Two players in opposite gates and two players in the middle.
  1. Player B passes on the ground to player A. Player A moves to receive a pass from player D.
  2. Player C performs the same exercise, passing to player D then moving to player B.
  3. Change the players in the middle.
  4. Move players to opposite gate. This is for the opposite foot.
