Pass & Move - 2

Make a triangle with the cones 20 yards apart. Have 2 players on each cone.
  1. Player 1 dribbles the ball towards player 2.
  2. Player 1 passes to player 2, player 2 passes back and makes a run towards player 3.
  3. Player 1 passes into player 2 path.
  4. Player 2 performs the same exercise, and so on.

Focus on:

  • Technique of dribble.
  • Timing of pass.
  • Timing of run.
  • Body shape
