Circuit in two's

  • 1 touch passing in small area using both feet

  • Player 1 passes to player 2 and calls out 'HOLD'. Player 1 then runs round both cones and then player 2 passes into player 1 path.

  • Players pass 1 touch through cones. Once they get to the end of the cones, go the opposite way using the opposite foot.

  • Throw ins. Players can either pass back first time or control the ball and pass back. The ball must go back to the throwers feet.

  • One player dribbles to the cones and performs a turn. After the turn the player moves away quickly, then slows down.

Set your circuit to one minute for each exercise. The players who are working in two's will obviously go for two minutes. It is important that the players use the warm up to practice their techniques. 

Even in the warm ups the players must be made to use their brains, keep them thinking
