Shooting warm up - U16's

  1. Player 1 does fast knee lifts over poles. Coach throws ball for 1 to volley / head at goal.
  2. Same as exercise 1 but the coach rolls ball along the ground for player to shoot.
  3. Players pass their own ball down the side of the poles, perform the knee lifts then shoot at goal.
  4. After a few goes get players to go the opposite way so that they use both feet.
