Make them move

In a grid 10 x 10 yards, 3 players play keep ball from 1 player in the middle.

  1. Players cannot pass diagonally, only along the out side lines.

  2. The player in the middle tries to win the ball. If he/she wins the ball, the player who loses possession goes in the middle.

Focus on:

  • The movement of the players who are in possession. Encourage them to give support the man on the ball, by moving to the relevant cone.

  • Communication

  • Decision

  • First touch

  • Pass

  • Body shape of player receiving the ball.
